We don’t know yet how many summer jobs will be available this year. Regardless of the actual number of jobs, the first and most important step is to complete this online registration so you’ll be in the pool for consideration.

As you complete this online registration, please work carefully and be sure to answer each question accurately. If any information is incorrect or missing or fraudulent, you will not be considered for hiring.

Please register only once. Y.O.U. will enter only one registration per youth.

Y.O.U. will select youth who will be invited to continue the application process. Youth who are selected will be notified by e-mail or phone.

Those selected will be asked to submit documentation, a longer application, and to attend an interview. If selected your registration information may be shared securely with Hunington Bank to begin setting up a bank account for the purpose of depositing wages.

Y.O.U. Summer Jobs Program Registration Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms for the Y.O.U. Summer Jobs Program before completing your registration:

  1. One (1) registration will be accepted for each youth.
  2. Completed registrations will be entered into a random selection process to determine those registrants who will be offered a position into the Y.O.U. Summer Jobs Program.
  3. SUBMISSION OF A REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ELIGIBILITY OR ENROLLMENT INTO THE PROGRAM.
  4. The following application items: Gender, Ethnicity, Language, Race, Income are voluntary and will be treated with confidentiality.
  5. If you are selected to continue on in the process for the Summer Jobs Program, you will be notified by a Y.O.U. staff member and asked to submit additional documentation and participate in an interview (see the Required Documents Checklist link). Failure to submit required documentation as instructed will make you ineligible to participate in the program.
  6. If you are selected to be in the program and are ages 14 or 15, you will be required to take the necessary steps to acquire a work permit.
  7. Any attempt to provide inaccurate or fraudulent information shall automatically disqualify a registrant from participation in this program.
  8. If selected your registration information may be shared securely with Hunington Bank to begin setting up a bank account for the purpose of depositing wages.
