Y.O.U. Employer Registration Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms for the Y.O.U. Summer Jobs Program before completing your registration:

1. Y.O.U. will try to meet your employment needs, but we cannot guarantee that youth will be placed in your organization.
2. If a youth is placed in your organization, you agree to abide by all Federal, State, and Local labor laws, civil rights provisions and Child Labor Laws, as well as regulations and policies established by the Ohio Department of Human Services.
3. If a youth is placed in your organization, you agree to provide safe and healthy work environments with sufficient supervision, equipment and materials to carry out assignments that will occupy the participants working time.
